The agreement
By opting in to a text messaging program on the Moe Media Messages platform, you agree to these terms. Moe Media operates the platform; each church or ministry using it sends from its own phone number, and Moe Media also sends from its own number in the course of operating and demonstrating the service.
What these programs send
Programs on this platform send conversational and informational text messages: replies to messages you send, prayer-request follow-ups, serving coordination, check-in confirmations, event and service announcements, and account notifications to staff who administer a workspace. Messages are sent by a person or in direct response to a message you sent.
How you opt in
You may opt in by texting the organization’s number — including any keyword it publishes, such as PRAYER or SERVE — by submitting the web connect card, which requires separately agreeing to receive texts and to these terms, or by providing your number on a printed connect card with consent.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your conversation and the organization’s activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from that organization. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the organization directly.
Privacy
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy, which also covers the consent record kept for your opt-in and how long messages are retained.
Our commitment
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
